- Ayn Kaylokaynu is not necessary on Yom Kippur however you should say the Ketores privately. (Rama – MB )
- Our minhag is to go straight to Krias Hatorah without saying Ashray and Uva L’tzion. (Rama )
- When the chazzan takes out the sefer Torah for Mincha, we do not say Shema Yisroel nor Al Hakol, just “Gadlu…”. (MB )
- In Ovinu Malkaynu be sure to say “roa gzar” in one breath. (MB )
- When Yom Kippur falls out on Shabbos we do not say Tzidkoscha nor do we say Ovinu Malkaynu. (Rama )
- It is better to say fewer Selichos calmly than to say more Selichos quickly. (MB )
- We say Sim Shalom at Mincha and the chazzan should add the replacement for Birkas Cohanim – “Elokaynu vaylokay avosaynu…….”. (MB )
