300. In the fourth beracha of Shemoneh Esray, after “… le’enosh bina…'' add in Atta Chonantanu. Then continue “…v’chonaynu may’itcha…” (ShA – MB 2)

301. Even if you already said Havdalla on a cup of wine, still say Havdalla in Maariv. (MB 1)

302. What do you do if you forget Atta Chonantanu? If you said the Shem at the end of Chonen Hadaas, just carry on like normal since you will be saying Havdalla later on a kos. Be sure not to do Melacha until then or at least until you say “Hamavdil bain kodesh l’chol”. (ShA 1 – MB 3, 7)

303. There are two cases when you will need to repeat Shemoneh Esray when you forgot:

1. If you ate before Havdalla al hakos – it’s a penalty.

2. If you will not have any mashke to say Havdalla on, later – even tomorrow.
