- You are permitted to reach for a key indoors while standing out in Reshus Horabbim. You can move the key and unlock the door inside where the keyhole is. We are not concerned that you will pull the key out to where you are standing since you do not need the key out there. (ShA )
- It is forbidden to stand in one reshus and urinate or spit into another. The excretions are considered being uprooted from the reshus in which he is standing, and coming to rest in the other. The Gr”a was lenient in a Karmelis.(ShA – MB )
- Once spit or phlegm has become uprooted in the mouth to the point that it could be expelled, it is forbidden to walk with it four amos or to spit it a four amos distance. It is also forbidden to walk into a different reshus until he expels it from his mouth. (ShA – MB , )
