- You should cover the shofar while you say the beracha before blowing it. (BaH 3)
- If you do not know how to say all Malchios, Zichronos, and Shofros, do not daaven Musaf at all. (ShA – MB )
- If you ever skip even one beracha of Shemoneh Esray, you must repeat it all in order. (MB )
- If you know how to blow only one or two of the three opinions of the mitzva of Tekias Shofar, blow the one or two you know without a beracha. They are TShR”T, TSh”T, and TR”T. (ShA – BeH “v’im”)
- The berachos of Musaf and the Tekios are two independent mitzvos. Therefore you can be yotzay performing one without the other, or either one before the other. (Rama )
