Matza kneaded with only fruit juice, wine, eggs and the like is called matza ashira. You cannot fulfil your obligation of eating matza at the Seder unless it is ‘lechem oni’ which contains only water. (ShA1,4 — ShaH22)
In our countries we do not eat matza ashira for concern of some poskim who hold that fruit juice actually speeds up the leavening process. You can keep it until after Pesach. (Rama4 — MB15,18)
We are lenient in regards to allowing sick or elderly people to eat matza ashira as long as not a drop of water went into the dough. (Rama4 — MB19)
