    2. he can arrange 2 tsitsis in the front and 2 in back
    3. he knows to hold them in his hand for krias shema (Rama )
  1. His father should say the beracha with him. (MB )
  1. Clothe the boy in a tallis katan when knows how to talk – at least when he reaches age 3. (ShaT2)
