If you have food merchandise in a warehouse, it is not muktza. You may take from it for yourself or for your animals. (ShA 1 – MB 1)
The mitzva of Hachnosas Orchim is specifically for out-of-town guests (travelers). Inviting your neighbor is not included unless he comes to honor the out of town guest. A meal with such orchim is considered a seudas mitzva. (Rama 1)
When Chazal allow shvus d’shvus bimakom “mitzva”, this includes the needs of orchim. (Rama 1)
When transporting (non-muktza) objects on Shabbos, it's preferable to make fewer trips carrying heavier loads than to make more trips with lighter loads. (ShA 2)
Unloading a wagon is uvda d’chol or too much tircha. For the sake of a mitzva like orchim or if you need the wine for Shabbos, you can unload what you need until the limit of 15 se’ah. Each person is allowed to carry that amount for himself , but no more. (ShA 3 – MB 10, 11)
