- Bran can be added to the dough for matza. However, it will not combine to the shiur required for the matza-eating unless it was never removed in the first place. (ShA1 — MB3)
- The matzos mitzva must belong to you. If someone ‘lends’ you some, he knows that you will pay back another matza so the one he lends you becomes yours. (MB15)
- Stolen matza is not kasher for the mitzva. If someone else stole it and gave it to you, then the matza is kosher for the mitzva. (ShA4 — MB17)
