If print access isn’t what you expected, we will refund you. No explanation needed.
The short version
Ask within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. Email info@mishnaberurasummaries.com from the address you used to buy, and say you would like a refund.
How it works
- Refunds are made to the original card, through Stripe. There is no fee to you.
- It usually reaches your statement within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
- Once refunded, your print access ends. The summaries themselves stay free to read, as always.
After 14 days
We would still rather hear from you than not. If something has gone wrong — the tool would not work, you were charged twice, you bought it by mistake — write to us and we will put it right.
If you were charged twice
Tell us and we will refund the duplicate straight away, whenever it happened. You should never pay twice for the same thing.
Before you dispute a charge
If you do not recognise a charge, please email us first. A card dispute costs the seller a fee even when the charge was legitimate, and we can almost always sort it out faster and more simply by email.
