# Siman 20 – Buying and selling a tallis

אChelek 1

1. When buying a tallis with tsitsis from a Jew whom you do not know, you may rely upon him/her using chezkas kashrus of that Jew to assume all’s kasher. (MB )

1. You mustn’t sell or deposit (for a long time) a tallis with tsitsis on it to a non-Jew, whether male or female. (ShA  - MB )
