# Siman 17 – Who is obligated

אChelek 1

1. Women should not wear tsitsis - it seems arrogant. (Rama )

1. A boy reaches the age of chinuch for tsitsis when:
   1. he can do ittuf
   2. he can arrange 2 tsitsis in the front and 2 in back
   3. he knows to hold them in his hand for krias shema (Rama )

1. His father should say the beracha with him. (MB )

1. Clothe the boy in a tallis katan when knows how to talk - at least when he reaches age 3. (ShaT2)
