# Siman 129 – Which tefillos have N.K.

בChelek 2

1. N.K. is only done at Shacharis, Musaf, and Ne’ila (if it is still daytime). Mincha of a fast day that has no Ne’ila is like Ne’ila and N.K. is performed. (ShA - MB )
2. If there is no N.K. (e.g. In countries that recite N.K. only on Yom Tov or no cohanim present), the tefilla Elokaynu Valokay Avosaynu is  substituted only in the above mentioned tefillos. (MB )
3. The chazzan for Mincha on Yom Kippur should recite Elokaynu Valokay Avosaynu – the N.K. substitute prayer. (Rama )
