# Siman 121 – Modim

אChelek 1

1. Bow at the beginning and end of Modim. If you happen to have saliva in your mouth, get rid of it before bowing. (ShA  - MB )
2. You may want to thank Hashem very much, nevertheless do not say “Modim Modim” because it looks as if you accept upon yourself two authorities. (ShA  - MB )
3. The “Elokainu Vaylokay Avosaynu” that substitutes Birkas Cohanim is said only b’tzibbur. And even b’tzibbur, omit it at a mourner’s house. (ShA  - MB )
